Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. BMI (Body Mass Index) 16-18.49 2. Anaemic patients (Mild & Moderate). (mild-10-10.9gm/dl and mod-7-9.9gm/dl) 3.Grade 1 & 2 undernourished children classified according to IAP (Indian Association of Paediatric)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic illness that affect the growth like cardiac ,renal,liver diseases 2.Children with neurological diseases ( Cerebral palsy ) 3.Chronic kwashiorkar,marasmas, and Rickets 4. k/c/o Tuberculosis, Juvenile Diabetes, HIV & HBsAg
