Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults who are capable of giving informed consent and willing to participate in the study. 2. Unilateral surgically operated hemimaxillectomy patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with debilitating diseases and other co-morbidities. 2. People under medication with immunosuppressant drugs. 3. People under anti inflammatory drugs for other chronic diseases like arthritis, osteoporosis etc. 4. People undergoing radiation.

To analyze and compare levels of IL 1Beta and TNF Alpha at different level with and without curcumin therapy in patients treated with obturator prosthesis.Timepoint: 0, 1, 2 and 4 weeks

To analyze and compare aerobic, anaerobic and fungal microbial flora at different time interval with and without curcumin therapy in patients treated with onturator prosthesis.Timepoint: 1 day 1 week 2 weeks 4 weeks;to assess Quality of Life (QOL) of patients at different time interval with and without curcumin therapy in patients treated with obturator prosthesisTimepoint: 1 day 1 week 2 weeks 4 weeks;To clinically assess and compare the healing at local site, subjectively and objectively in cases of hemimaxillectomy patients with curcumin therapy with obturator prosthesis at regular time interval.Timepoint: 1 day 1 week 2 weeks 4 weeks
