Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group between 18-60 years of both sexes. 2.Hemoglobin index(Hb gm/dl ranging =8g/dl - = 10gm/dl). 3.Selected patient sign and symptoms based as per both ayurvedic and modern context. 4.Willing to provide written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age below 18 and above 60 years. 2.patient having bleeding history. 3.patient already on iron supplements 4.pregnant women ,co morbid patient and patient on prolonged medication

Evaluation of Hemoglobin level of patients before and after 112 days of treatmentTimepoint: 112 days

On baseline visit test for hemoglobin should be done along with genera examination then on every visit which is on 28 days of 1st then on 2nd & on 3rd visit the patient condition should be examined & on last visit which is 4th visit final hemoglobin estimation is done to know outcomeTimepoint: on every 28th days follow up should be done which is of 4 visit counted from baseline
