Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diabetic mellitus with peripheral neuropathic manifestation. HBA1C- more than 6.5 Age group more than 35 years. Both sexes. MNSI score more than 4 on questionnaire and more than 2 on examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women. Patient with non-diabetic neuropathy. Patient with any other neurological condition. MNSI Score below 4 on the questionnaire.
