Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients undergoing surgical interventions ( e.g. kshar sutra ligation,fistulotomy,haemorrhoidectomy,fissurectomy,incision and drainage procedures,excision of cysts,lipoma, ganglion etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients requiring concomitant medications for other diseases in postoperative periods. Pregnant women. Patient habbitual to using alchol or other sedative drugs. Patients having allergic to trial drug. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertention. Immunocompromised patients.
