Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anaethesiologists physical status II Patients undergoing elective caesarean section under subarachnoid block provides consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of hypertension,preeclampsia,cardiac,renal or liver diseases, epilepsy and dearranged coagulation profile patients undergoing general anaesthesia and emergency LSCS patient who are unable or unwilling to give consent women with history of hypersensitivity to carbetocin patients who do not fulfil inclusion criteria
