Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with the classical signs and symptoms of eruption reembing the thorn of salmali tree, painful, filled with fat Subject Willing to participate with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women. Patient presenting with vitiation of many doshas bahudosha avastha that may require purification therapy Patients with H/O haematemesis, malena and other systemic disorders that may interfere with clinical trial. K/c/o IBS, Psychiatry illness, Bleeding disorders, Diabetes Mellitus and Uncontrolled Hypertension. Substance abuse symptoms like alcohol, caffeine etc.
