Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient who are Basti - yogya. 2. Individuals displaying the characteristic symptoms of Uttan Vatarakta will be chosen as patients, regardless of their caste, religion or occupation. 3. Patient within age group of 18 - 60 years. 4. Anti- dsDNA will be positive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged below 18 years and more than 60 years. 2. Patient who is contraindicated for Basti. 3. Pregnant and lactating women. 4. Patient with chronic systematic illness (Cardiac Failure, Cirrhosis of the Liver, Diabetes, Hypertension, Chronic Renal Disorder). 5. Patient having Ano-rectal disease.

Improvement in subjective Parameters such as Itching, Burning sensation, stiffness etc. and Objective parameters such as Visual pain analogue for Polyarthritis in Systemic Lupus Erythematous.Timepoint: 16 days
