Intervention1: Sodium valproate: 10 mg/kg/day continuous infusion to 60mg/kg/day for 24 hrs and then tapering
Control Intervention1: Iv midazolam: Starting from 8microgram/kg/ day infusion for 24 hour

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children admitted with refractory seizures ( no response even after 2 antiepileptics) in children aged 3 months to 18 years in PICU.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Child with metabolic disorders are not included in the study.
