Inclusion criteria: Primary Hypospadias Distal and Mid Penile Hypospadias

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Redo Surgery Associated with Undescended testis, major system anomaly Bleeding Disorder, Thrombocytopenia All Other Varieties of Hypospadias (Severe)
