Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient of Acute Fissure in Ano will be included in this study. 2. Age Group between 18 to 60 yrs (irrespective of gender). 3. All the cases will be fresh/new who have not received any local treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Chronic Fissure in Ano (Onset more than 28 days) with Sentinel Tag & Anal papillae. 2.Bleeding Disorder like Hemophilia etc. 3.Patient with uncontrolled systemic disease like diabetes and hypertension. 4.Patient with Ca rectum. 5.Pregnant women, Debilitated person & patient suffering from Pittaja roga. 6.Patient having Parikartika, secondary to Ulcerative colitis, Syphilis, Crohn’s disease, T.B., HIV, Hepatitis etc.

Measure	Time frame
Parameters such as Gudagata Shool (Pain) , Gudagata Rakta Strava (P/R bleeding), Malavastabh (Constipation), Anal Sphincter Spasm and Anal Ulcer will be observed on 0-3 scale to access therapeutic outcome Timepoint: Improvement in Clinical Symptoms in Parameters will be observed on day 1, day3 , day 5, day 7 and 14 day of treatment.	—
