Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having classical symptom of Manyastambha such as stambha (stiffness) and ruja (pain) in manya pradesha.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Garbhini (pregnant lady). K/C/O fracture of cervical bone and neoplasm.
