Intervention1: Mud Application and Therapeutic sun exposure: Study group participants will receive a direct mud application at a temperature between 75º -80º F to skin (only if negative, after complet

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Interscapular scratch test positive Pain at night and inability to lie on affected side Significant loss of passive range of movements of shoulder joint Pain during passive range motion Recieving no treatments in last 4 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subacromian bursitis Rotator cuff tendinopathy or tear Glenohumeral osteoarthritis Fracture Malignancy Shoulder dislocation Secondary adhesive capsulitis Photosensitivity patients. Open wounds at shoulder region. Allergic reaction to mud.

1 The participants in both the groups will be assessed on day 1 and day 14 (before & after)using a 10cm Visual Analog Scale where the participants will rate their pain experienced 2 The Range of movements using goniometer will be assessed on day 1 and 14. 3 Shoulder pain and disability index questionnaire will be used to assess the pain and functional activities.Timepoint: 14 days	—
