Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals selected to participate in the current investigation will be pregnant mothers who are: 1. 18-44 years of age (childbearing age as reported by Indian Association of Preventive and Social Medicine, n.d.) 2. In their third trimester (i.e., gestation period of 28 to 42 weeks; Gomez Acevedo et al., 2024) 3. Nulliparous status (i.e., a female of reproductive age who has never given birth to a live baby) 4. Married women 5. Have the ability to read, comprehend and write in English or Hindi at the education level of 7th grade
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The following exclusion criteria will be kept in mind while recruiting pregnant mothers for the current study: 1. Presence of significant high-risk pregnancy-related complications (e.g., severe anaemia, pre-eclampsia, placenta previa, mothers pregnant with twins; Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, 2016) 2. History of known severe psychiatric or neurological disorders which may interfere with participation in the study 3. Clinical observation of Intellectual Developmental Disorder 4. Gestational carriers (i.e., surrogate mothers)
