Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of Manyastambha belonging to the age group of 17-60 years irrespective of gender. 2.Patient willing to participate in trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient of age below 17 years and above 60 years of either gender Patients suffering from stenosis of spinal canal and myelopathy Pregnant and lactating women T.B of spine Malignancy of spine and other organ Non-co-operative patients
