Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Using gadgets more than 3 hours a day If any 3 of the following symptoms of Text neck syndrome are present,the participants will be included for the study. sharp or nagging pain in neck,upper back and/or shoulder stiffness in the neck Reduced mobility Intermittent or constant headache Forward neck posture and rounded shoulders Eye pain Less than 50 percent of NDI score Upto grade 6 of VAS
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: H/o trauma in the neck H/o surgery in the neck H/o spinal deformities [scoliosis,kyphosis] H/o Tuberculosis and other infections in the spine[abscess,meningitis,vertebral osteomyelitis] Pregnant women H/o cardiac disorders Any other serious systemic illness
