Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade II - III Age: 20-45/ female Height:140-170 cm Weight: 40-60 kg Patient undergoing elective LSCS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusing to be enrolled. Any contraindication to spinal anaesthesia Central nervous system disorder. Bleeding and coagulation disorder. Cardio respiratory disorder. Any spinal deformity.
