Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 The children between the age group of 5-16 year in either sex presenting with Clinical Features of Sthaulya W.S.R. to Childhood nutritional obesity. 2 Diagnosed cases of nutritional obesity. 3 Individuals having BMI between 85th-95th percentile of CDC growth chart 2000

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Children suffering from obesity due to endocrinal, chromosomal, familial tendency (non-nutritional obesity) 2 Children with existing co-morbidity related to obesity. 3 Children suffering from other systemic disorder and on drug therapy.
