Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with symptoms of dysuria 2.Frequency of urination 3.Urgency of urination 4.Hematuria 5.Low Back pain 6.Fever(below 103°F) 7.Urine culture positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Chronic kidney disease 2.Autoimmune glomerulonephritis 3.Benign prostrate hypertrophy 4.Renal calculi 5.Pregnancy & lactating women

The outcome will be aimed at reducing the symptoms of Azhal Neerchurukku-Urinary Tract Infection(Frequency of urination, Urgency of urination, Hematuria, Low back pain) and to determine the therapeutic efficacy of clinical trial drug(Thirikandagathi kiyaazham)Timepoint: 10 days
