Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with obstructive lung disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. acute severe bronchial asthma 2. allergic rhinitis 3. bronchiectasis 4. Active pneumonia 5. Active pulmonary tuberculosis 6. Chronic kidney disease more than stage 3b 7. heart failure with reduced ejection fraction lesser than 40
