Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group:- Both male and female Aged between 30-60 years Diagnosed patients with unilateral frozen shoulder Localised discomfort near the deltoid insertion Active and passive range of motion restriction A deficit of 50% in external rotation and/or a deficit of 25% in arm elevation compared to the unaffected side Control group:- Both male and female Aged between 30-60 years Not a case of frozen shoulder Dominance and demographic characteristics like age,sex and BMI matched to their symptomatic counterparts

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any prior occurances of traumatic injuries to the spine or upper limb Any previous occurances of pathological fractures in the shoulder region Undisplaced fracture of the humerus Pseudo- frozen shoulder Rotator cuff-related shoulder pain Lock shoulder Any known red flags like malignancy Recent infections Inflammatory conditions like Rheumatoid arthritis Any history of neurological problems and unstable cardiac conditions Any diagnosed cervical problems Head ache
