Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All Patients who are Age >18 regardless of gender or ethnicity who get admitted either in the Medicine ICU or Medicine High dependency unit under department of Medicine Other allied departments to Medicine like Gastroenterology with: Compensated cirrhosis of liver, Decompensated cirrhosis of liver. Secondary to: Alcoholism Drugs and Toxins Chronic Hepatitis secondary to Hepatitis virus B or C Auto-Immune Causes Genetic causes like Primary Biliary Cirrhosis or Primary Fibrosing Cholangitis Extra-Hepatic Portal Hypertension leading to Cirrhosis like Splenic Vein Thrombosis, Budd-Chiari syndrome Cryptogenic Cirrhosis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with Age Patient with Chronic Kidney Disease Patient with Congestive Cardiac failure Patient with any non Hepatic Malignancy Patient who are either pregnant or breastfeeding, Patients who are difficult to cooperate with.
