Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 30 to 65 years 2.Both male and female 3.Pain and restricted movements in the shoulder joint 4. Stiffness or heaviness of shoulder muscles 5.Exacerbation of pain on movement 6.Idiopathic cause 7.History of Diabetes mellitus 8.Patient who are willing for admission and stay in IPD or willing to attend OPD 9.Patient willing to sign informed consent document .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of trauma of shoulder joint/surgery 2. AC arthritis 3.Congenital anomalies 4.Pregnant women and lactating mothers 5.Patients with any other serious systemic and chronic illness. 6.Patients who are having the skin disease.
