Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All pregnant patients aged 18 years and above belonging to american society of anaesthesiologists physical status I/II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with 1. Antepartum haemorrhage 2. Severe preeclampsia 3. Uterine rupture 4. Severe Cardiac,Hepatic and Renal disorders 5. Bleeding /coagulation disorders 6. Hypersensitivity to the study medication
