Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 to 60 years. 2. Presence pf cardinal features of chittodvega- Anxious mood, tension, fear, insomnia, difficulty in concentration, depressed mood, tachycardia, palpitation, constriction in chest, loosenes of bowels, dry mouth restlessness Based on Hamilton Anxiety Scale HAM-A 3. patient fulfilling the diagnostic and statical manual of mental disorder 5th edition DSM-5 4. Cooperate and willing to participate in this study 5. Available at the time of data collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age below 18 years and above 60 years. 2.Who does not give written consent. 3.Known hypertensives. 4.Known Diabetes. 5.Chronic Psychotic illness.
