Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases with Spasmodic dysmenorrhoea Female unmarried patients above 12 to 30 years of age without any pelvic pathology Includes cases of Spasmodic dysmenorrhoea with elevated levels of CRP Levels

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with below 12 & above 30 years of age Patients with Pelvic pathology like PCOS, PID, Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, etc. Patients under hormonal therapy Patients under non-steroidal inflammatory drugs Patients undergone recent surgery with medication Patients under any psychiatric treatment Other inflammatory conditions & Malignant lesions will be excluded
