Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Degenerative lumbar spine diseases 2. Adult degenerative lumbar deformity 3. Herniated nucleus pulposus 4. Open TLIF with use of poly-axial pedicle screw

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Age less than 18 years and more than 65 years 2 Use of mono-axial screw 3 Patient not willing to participate in the study 4 Pathological fractures
