Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female participants age between 19 to 25 years having back pain during menstruation. 2. Premenstrual back pain occurring minimum 3 of the past 6 menstrual cycles. 3. No history of any mental and physical diseases that reduce their abilities of exercise. 4. Having regular menstrual cycles 24–35 days. 5. No incidents such as relatives, death, marriage, or any medical emergency in the last 3 months. 6. Female participants willing to give informed consent participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Professional athletes, 2. Not able to tolerate physical exercise. 3. Chronic disease: diabetes, hypertension, cardiac disease, infectious disease 4. Irregular and infrequent menstrual cycle 5. Endometriosis patients, Gynecological surgery, using intrauterine devices, female on OCs, and hormonal therapy, pregnant women.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The significant difference in Pre test and Post test of NPS and ODI scores will be considered primary outcome.Timepoint: 3 months

Secondary

To observe the other effects of Yoga Module Timepoint: 3 months
