Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed clinically and histopathologically as having Grade 3 and Grade 4 OSMF based on More et al classification.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed as having Grade 1 and Grade 2 OSMF based on More et al classification. 2) Patients with any other etiology for trismus. Eg. TMJ problems. 3) Patients with any other ear abnormalities or ear, nose, and throat (ENT) diseases. 4) Patients using hearing aids.
