Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients having specific signs and symptoms of Karnakshweda as per Ayurveda and modern parameters will be registered. ? Patients in the age group of 18-70 years. ? Noise induced Tinnitus. ? Patients with intact and normal Tympanic membrane.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients having any congenital hearing loss or any deformity. ? Due to Systemic causes. ? Psychogenic hearing loss. ? Patient undergone Otological surgery within one year. ? Infectious disease such as measles, meningitis or any Torch infection. ? Head injury or injury to ear canal. ? Neoplasm of ear. ? Produced by Joint abnormalities such as Temporomandibular Joint disorders.
