Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in SIMV mode of ventilation. Hemodynamically stable patients. with Mean Blood Pressure 70-100 mmHg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients having Fever above 38 degree celcius or Rib fracture, Chest burn. Patients with SpO2 below 90% and Respiratory Rate below 12 and above 45 beats per minute with Heart Rate below 60 and above 120 beats per minute.
