Intervention1: Homoeopathic Individualized Medicine: Selection of cases with the symptoms of adjustment disorder. Patient will be prescribed with individualized homoeopathic medicine based on totality

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with adjustment disorder according to ICD-10 criteria. Age 19 to 64 years Both genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with comorbid psychiatric disorders requiring immediate attention (e.g., psychosis, severe depression, bipolar disorder). Patients with a history of substance abuse Those unable to understand or comply with the study procedures.
