Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American society of anesthesiologist patient status (asa-ps) 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with signs of acute pharyngeal infections. 2. Patients with fever. 3. Patients with peritonsillar abscess. 4. Patients with bleeding disorders. 5. Patients with drug allergies. 6. Patients who refuse to participate.
