Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: CKDu population Population with eGFR with less than 60ml per min for more than 3 months will be included in the study. Without any comorbidities. Urine protein 1+ or more using dipstick method. Population with shrunken kidney in USG reports. Population with tubulointerstitial nephritis in biopsy reports. CKD population Population with eGFR with less than 60ml per min for more than 3 months will be included in the study. Urine protein creatinine ratio greater than 2g per g creatinine. Population with glomerular disease, autoimmune disease such as IgA nephropathy Normal Population Population with eGFR with greater than 60ml per min for more than 3 months will be included in the study. Kidney donors will be included from the category.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Paediatrics and neonates will be excluded from the study. Pregnant women will be excluded from the category.
