Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primigravida requesting for labour analgesia Full term (37-42 weeks) pregnancy Live singlton pregnancy Cephelic presentation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA Grade III & IV History of opioid use Recived MgSO4 Recived oral or intravenous analgesia during labour Cervical dilatation of 4 cm or more at epidural request Contraindictaion to epidural analgesia Containdication to vaginal delivery
