Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 20-60 Years. All genders. Participants with following signs and symptoms of a)Pain in the sole of the foot while walking and standing. b)Heel Pain gets worse when getting up in the morning. c)It gradually subsides as the patients take a few steps. d)The pain increases on prolonged standing, walking. Participants willing to undergo radiological investigation and Laboratory investigations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: K/H/O Rheumatoid arthritis. K/H/O Septic arthritis. K/H/O Gonococcal arthritis. K/H/O Psoriatic arthritis. Achilles tendinitis. Fracture of Ankle joint.
