Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with localized chronic periodontitis. 2. Systemically healthy patients. 3. Presence of Pocket Probing Depth (PPD) = 5mm. 4. Positive informed consent. 5. Good patient compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tobacco chewers and smokers 2. Previous dental treatment. 3. Any Antibiotic therapy in last 6 months. 4. Hypersensitivity to Neem
