Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Who are terminally ill and survival chance are for 1 year. family member- who are primary caregiver, can read and write and give consent to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient- lack primary caregiver family member- illiterate
