Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age more than 40 years and less than 75 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: clinical diagnosis of malignancy of lung,interstitial lung disease,decompensated heart and renal failure prior cardiac or lung resection surgery
