Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The adult patients, aged 18 to 60 years of both genders, belong to ASA PS I and II, undergoing ERCP under Monitored anaesthesia care.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. History of any allergy to related medications 3. Patients receiving magnesium sulphate supplementation 4. Patients with psychiatric history, myopathy, neurological disease and other comorbidities. 5. Pregnant woman 6. Procedure time greater than 60 minutes
