Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Satisfying the ADA criteria of Diabetes Mellitus b) Diabetes Distress as per Diabetes Distress Screening questionnaire (score = 3 ) c) Age group between 30-60 d) Irrespective of gender, religion and economic status. e) Those providing a written consent. f) Those fit for hypnotherapy - score = 5 - Harvard Group Scale of Hypnotic Susceptibility (HGSHS)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Diagnosed cases of Renal disorders, Liver disorders, CAD, Thyroid dysfunction b) other psychiatric disorders or on psychiatric medications c) Diabetic complications – Known cases of Retinopathy, Nephropathy, Ulcer d) Neurodegenerative disorders, CVD, Epilepsy e) Pregnant women and lactating mothers
