Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient belonging to the age group of 20-70 years irrespective to gender. 2. Diagnosed patient of Katigraha, pain with stiffness on certain Pristhagata Marmas 3. Patient willing to participate in trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient of age below 20 years and above 70 years of either gender. 2. Patients having hip joint replacement and fractures. 3. T.B. of spine. 4. Pregnancy. 5. SLR test = 30 degree 6. Non-co-operative patients
