Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients having BMI more than 23 patients with waist circumference more than 90 cm in men and more than 88 cm in women patients with waist hip ratio more than 0.95 in men and more than 0.85 in women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Age below 18 years and above 60 years. 2. Patients with Pregnancy and Lactation. 3. Patients known case of systemic diseases like Ischemic heart disease, secondary obesity, morbid Hypertension, Type 1 DM, AIDS, Renal disease, Hyperacidity, chronic liver diseases, chronic kidney diseases and Neurological diseases will be excluded. 4. Patients with Morbid Obesity i.e. BMI? 40 kg/m2 5. FBS more than 126mg/dl
