Inclusion criteria: Patient with indicated symptoms of Phytolacca decandra Case diagnosed based on history clinical features physical examination

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with complaints of peritonsilar abscess Pregnant and lactating women

Reducing the signs and symptoms of Acute TonsillitisTimepoint: Once in every Three days
