Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade I and grade II patients 2.age 18-60 years of either sex 3.patients undergoing elective surgeries in supine position 4.patients with informed consent 5.BMI 18-25 6.Haemodynamically stable patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patient refusal 2.mallampatti grade III and IV 3.potentially full stomach patients 4.coagulation disorders 5.severe systemic disease

Oropharyngeal seal pressureTimepoint: After correct placement (around 10 min)

MeasureTime frame
Heart rate,SBP,DBP,oxygen saturation,post-op complications like sore throat,hoarseness and any injuryTimepoint: Base line,every 5 minutes of initial 15 minutes and then every 15 minutes till the end of surgery
