Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Postoperative of fistula in ano operated under LA/SA patients admitted at AIIA Shalya IPD. 2)Age - between 21 years to 60 years. 3)Gender - Both male and female 4)ICD Guideline for Anal fistula 2024 ICD-10-CM Diagnosis Code K60.3 Will be considerad

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients who are unfit for Fistula in ano surgery will be excluded for this study. 2)Immunocompromised patients 3)Known case of Tuberculosis. 4)Pregnant females
