Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy Patients within age group 12 to 40 years. 2.Patients classified under ASA I. 3.Patients who are willing to participate in the study by signing the informed consent. 4.Patients indicated for orthodontic extraction of maxillary premolar. 5.Patients who can comprehend the pain scale used in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients classified under ASA II, III and IV. 2.Pregnant or lactating women. 3.Patients with previous history of allergy to Local Anaesthetic Agent. 4.Patients with previous history of allergy to tramadol. 5.Patients with pre-existing paresthesia. 6.Patients on antidepressants, anticoagulants, psychotropic drugs. 7.Epileptic Patients. 8.Patients under the Influence of Alcohol. 9.Patients requiring additional Anaesthesia
