Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants with signs and symptoms of Lumbar Spondylosis along with x ray showing degeneration of lumbarspine 2. Participants aged between 30&60 years 3. Participants fit for rooksha sweda.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lumbar Spondylosis associated with any type of malignancy or neoplastic infiltration. 2. Participants with uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes mellitus, major liver or renal disorder. 3. Participants contraindicated for swedana in Ayurvedic classical textbooks
