Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients presenting with symptoms of itching or irritation in anal region pain or discomfort in anal region swelling around the anus bleeding per rectum constipation Internal and external hemorrhoids

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients aged above 60 Fissure in ano Fistula in ano Anorectal cancer pregnant and lactating women Diabetes mellitus
