Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age: 18 to 26 years. 2)Both the genders. 3)Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)History of Musculoskeletal injuries to upper and lower limbs. 2)Participants with any Medical conditions or any recent surgical history. 3)Participants who are unable to follow instructions due to language barriers.
